Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term architectural vision for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Design resilient microservices architectures that can withstand future market demands and data growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic business goals into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for cloud-native development and DevOps pipelines.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and architectural reviews to ensure system integrity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or software engineering.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and mentoring teams.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns and data architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
