Responsibilities

- Technology Leadership: Guide the engineering team in adopting modern tech stacks (Rust, TypeScript, Python) to drive performance and security.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning pipelines into core product features.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation across the organization.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product and executive leadership to define the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and Rust; deep understanding of distributed systems.
- AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience with LLMs, fine-tuning models, and integrating AI APIs into production applications.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with AWS or GCP and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Security: Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
