Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for our core platforms, ensuring scalability and resilience through 2026.
- Lead the architectural design of distributed systems, focusing on high availability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with data science teams to integrate advanced Machine Learning models into production pipelines.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including Edge Computing and Serverless architectures.
- Conduct technical debt audits and lead the migration of legacy systems to modern microservices.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and security.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a similar technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven experience in designing high-throughput, low-latency systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML toolchains and MLOps best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
