Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical roadmap and architectural vision for the year 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging tech trends.
- Lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI-driven platforms and autonomous systems.
- Oversee R&D initiatives focusing on quantum-ready infrastructure and green computing technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for scalability, security, and interoperability in a multi-cloud environment.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and implementing futuristic technologies.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
