- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology assessment and governance
- Secure and manage innovation grants from government and private entities
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation management
