Responsibilities
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technologies including AI quantum integration and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability through market analysis
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure funding for high-impact projects
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products or platforms
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
