In this executive-level position, you'll lead cross-functional teams to incubate breakthrough concepts in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and decentralized systems. You'll interface with C-suite executives, academic researchers, and venture partners to shape our innovation roadmap while ensuring ethical implementation and market readiness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology innovation strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biometric interfaces
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford HAI, and other innovation hubs
- Present disruptive tech concepts to the board with ROI projections and risk mitigation plans
- Oversee the 'Future Tech Incubator' program mentoring 10+ emerging technologists
- Drive implementation of ISO 26000-compliant AI governance frameworks
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Report' briefings for industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in future-tech strategy roles
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; or equivalent industry impact
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier tech innovation journals
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law evolution and semiconductor roadmaps
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, IEEE 7000)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio of launched products with >$50M ARR impact
