Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Secure $10M+ in research grants and partnerships with academic institutions
- Present quarterly tech disruption briefings to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Drive patent development for proprietary breakthrough technologies
- Collaborate with ethics councils to ensure responsible innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional strategic planning with ability to forecast tech disruptions
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals or conferences
- Strong stakeholder management with C-level presentation skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
