Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-ready technology roadmaps
- Architect innovation frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic and industry pioneers
- Translate market trends into patentable IP portfolios
- Direct prototyping of human-centric tech interfaces
- Champion ethical tech governance frameworks
- Drive sustainable tech integration initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in emerging tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or bio-digital integration
- Proven track record of launching tech roadmaps with 3+ year horizons
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published work in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience scaling tech teams from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFI)
- Prior experience with DARPA or EU Horizon programs
