Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-focused tech roadmaps and product visions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Prototype and validate disruptive solutions in our Austin Innovation Lab
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Collaborate with global R&D centers on 5-year technology forecasts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, product development, or strategic R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching market-defining products
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong technical background (CS, engineering, or related field)
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
