Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate vision into actionable plans
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory developments impacting future tech ecosystems
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
