Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AR/VR development
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Nature)
- Experience leading teams of 15+ engineers
- Strong patents portfolio in disruptive tech
