Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 product roadmap, integrating cutting-edge AI and generative models.
- Design high-availability, low-latency systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads to translate futuristic concepts into deployable, robust code.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts on emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
- Oversee system security, ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Experience building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or similar AI agents.
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity protocols and privacy-first design architectures.
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions on time and within budget.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s).
