Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI and ML systems designed for the 2026 era.
- Lead R&D initiatives to identify and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Advanced AR).
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision and roadmap.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability across global infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Technical Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust with a focus on high-performance systems.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
