Responsibilities
Define and articulate the 2026 Technology Vision, aligning it with business objectives.Conduct deep-dive research on emerging trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to forecast future needs.Lead the strategic roadmap for the next fiscal year, prioritizing high-impact initiatives.Collaborate with product managers and C-suite executives to drive innovation.Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technology adoption.Build and mentor a team of forward-thinking engineers and strategists.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Software Engineering or Product Strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and scalable cloud architectures.Proven experience in Future Forecasting or Strategic Planning.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex tech concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Track record of delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
