Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision and execution plan for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and innovation.
- Lead Agentic AI Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of autonomous agent workflows and multi-agent systems.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and product features.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive algorithms relevant to the 2026 era.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Agentic AI: Proven experience designing and deploying autonomous agents and complex reasoning models.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
