Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for AI and automation, specifically targeting capabilities and milestones for the year 2026.
- AI Integration: Lead the design and deployment of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core business processes to drive efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Architecture: Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems that support future growth.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and compliance standards for autonomous systems and algorithmic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and external partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, with at least 5 years focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Future Tech strategy.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of LLMs, Neural Networks, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and proactively adapt technology strategies to meet future market demands.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders toward a common vision.
