Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI and robotics.
- Lead the architectural design and deployment of next-generation LLMs and generative AI models.
- Oversee the integration of autonomous systems into core business operations.
- Mentor a high-performing team of AI Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into scalable products.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and ethical AI compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading technical roadmaps for high-growth tech companies.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and edge computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
