Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of quantum algorithms tailored for commercial applications.
- Architect hybrid AI-Quantum systems to solve optimization problems currently deemed impossible.
- Define and communicate the technical roadmap for 2026 and future milestones.
- Mentor and inspire a team of elite engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate emerging tech into product ecosystems.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance in high-pressure environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Deep understanding of machine learning models, neural networks, and quantum mechanics principles.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing technical teams.
