Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning R&D efforts with long-term business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) relevant to the 2026 niche.
- Lead the prototyping and validation of future tech concepts to de-risk investment and guide product development.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists, engineers, and strategists.
- Monitor global tech trends to ensure Nexus remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or defining market-disrupting technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI, Blockchain, or Web3 ecosystems (knowledge of 2026 tech stack is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
