Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the 2026 Technology Vision to the executive board and engineering teams.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Readiness, and Sustainable Tech.
- Conduct market analysis to identify high-impact opportunities for the upcoming fiscal years.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to future-proof architectures.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation.
- Manage the roadmap for the '2026' product line, ensuring delivery milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive products in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of the technology trends expected to dominate the 2026 landscape.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is a plus.
