Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps (5+ years horizon).
Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure trends.
Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on innovation and team growth.
Experience in the Fintech or Enterprise Software sector is highly preferred.
