- Develop and implement long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ industry trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with transformative potential
- Strategize commercialization pathways for experimental technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present tech visions to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Experience building and scaling innovation ecosystems
