Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, neurotech) to identify high-impact opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-forward solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Drive innovation sprints focused on ethical tech deployment and sustainable scaling
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for R&D advancement
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or C-suite leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or government grants
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
