- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for market integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor tech teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$3M
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
