- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for 5-10 year tech adoption curves
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board members with actionable recommendations
- Manage technology portfolio prioritization based on ROI, risk assessment, and market readiness
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for future R&D pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in 2020+ technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology certification
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Track record of launching successful technology initiatives with $50M+ impact
- Proficient in strategic planning tools (e.g., Horizons Framework, Delphi Method)
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams in agile environments
