Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum AI, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate futuristic technologies into product portfolios
- Identify and mitigate ethical implications of disruptive technologies through responsible innovation frameworks
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and technical architects
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
- Partner with global research institutions to pioneer open-source innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or Web3 infrastructure
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
