Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum AI and neuro-interfacing
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging theoretical physics and applied machine learning
- Identify disruptive opportunities in climate tech, space exploration, and digital consciousness
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Translate complex scientific concepts into viable commercial applications
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- Deep understanding of exponential tech trends (Moore's Law 2.0, quantum advantage)
- Experience with scenario planning for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Strong network in DARPA, NASA, or international tech consortiums
- Published research in Nature/Science on future tech implications
- Expertise in ethical frameworks for AGI and neurotech development
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing architectures
