Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and secure executive buy-in
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape to identify disruptive opportunities
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience in managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and roadmaps
