Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligning technological innovation with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable pilot programs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups for technology scouting
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to quantify technology ROI scenarios
- Executive presence with experience presenting complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
