Responsibilities

- Lead innovation sprints focused on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Analyze competitor strategies and emerging technologies to identify first-mover advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and investors
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
