Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology adoption and innovation initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence) and market disruption vectors
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and investor expectations
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for future tech landscapes
- Manage cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-forward concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
