- Design ethical frameworks for deployment of advanced autonomous systems
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and strategic partnerships
- Present vision to C-suite and board of directors with data-driven scenarios
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 5+ years applied research
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong network with academic institutions and national labs
- Experience scaling R&D teams from concept to production
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Proficiency in simulation modeling and risk assessment frameworks
