- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (biotech, neuromorphic computing, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on tech adoption trajectories
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technology maturity curves
- Partner with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research integration
- Anticipate regulatory impacts on emerging technologies and develop compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in predictive modeling tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past tech strategy implementations with measurable impact
