Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives for 2026
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible innovation in AI and biotech domains
- Manage vendor partnerships and pilot programs for cutting-edge technologies
- Mentor junior talent in future-tech methodologies and innovation processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and implementing future-proof solutions
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3
