- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and green tech integration
- Partner with C-suite to prioritize R&D investments and innovation portfolios
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic adoption opportunities
- Present tech strategy insights to investors, clients, and industry forums
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of tech convergence patterns and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
