Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial web) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital partners
- Author strategic whitepapers and thought leadership on tech disruption scenarios
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic institutions, and industry pioneers
- Secure strategic partnerships with tech incubators and government innovation labs
- Present technology visions to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with direct experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data modeling skills for trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Credibility with venture capital and Fortune 500 innovation networks
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred) and data visualization tools
