- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Present strategic briefings to executive board and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical challenges in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products (2018-2023)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision to execution
- Excellent presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, PhD preferred)
