Responsibilities

- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure investment for R&D initiatives
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze market disruptors and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Mentor technical teams on future tech adoption and implementation best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with exposure to emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or advanced robotics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast tech trends and market impacts
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
