Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology strategy roadmap aligned with 2026 industry forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend forecasting for disruptive tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic implementation success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record forecasting market trends for 2025+ horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong data modeling skills for trend analysis and prediction
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
