- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Develop future-proof digital transformation frameworks for legacy systems
- Present technology forecasts and adoption strategies to stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in emerging tech adoption
- Proven track record of commercializing AI/quantum/biotech innovations
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and market analysis
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in enterprise environments
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTS, CTSM)
