Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and develop 5-year strategic implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for technology adoption ROI and competitive positioning
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of technology futurists and academic partners
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property roadmaps for emerging domains
- Drive organizational change management for technology transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech, sustainable computing)
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional data analytics skills with proficiency in predictive modeling tools
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio of past technology transformation projects with measurable impact
