Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to market launch
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present compelling tech visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate industry disruptions and competitive threats
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proof technology implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Strategic consulting or venture capital background preferred
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD) required
