Responsibilities
- Architect long-term tech roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough technologies with 5+ year impact horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI and automation deployment
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets exceeding $2M annually for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling experimental technologies into commercial products
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation circles
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
