- Manage innovation portfolio and allocate R&D resources

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, robotics, AR/VR)
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
