Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ innovation horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) in real-world applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 5-10 year market impact
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to co-create future-proof solutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build innovation incubation programs to nurture internal moonshot projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology innovation or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with 5+ year impact horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and ability to connect disparate technological concepts
- Experience presenting complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio of published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
