Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes to position company as tech thought leader
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage technology incubation programs for high-potential initiatives
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and adoption success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product development, or innovation roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Strong financial modeling and market analysis capabilities
- Excellent presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Certifications in innovation management or future studies (e.g., CIPM) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology transformation projects
