Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into product roadmaps and corporate vision
- Build and manage a network of industry experts, academic institutions, and innovation labs
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D sprints, and knowledge-sharing forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and academic institutions
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, ethical implications, and regulatory landscapes
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
