Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, biotech integration, and AI ethics
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, AR/VR convergence, climate tech)
- Partner with C-suite to prioritize innovation investments and ROI modeling
- Build and mentor a high-performing future-tech incubation team
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members
- Ensure compliance with evolving global tech regulations (e.g., AI governance frameworks)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching at least 3 disruptive tech products
- Expertise in at least 3 of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, neuromorphic systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (e.g., MIT Professional Education)
