- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and sustainability teams
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech innovation
- Drive ESG integration into technology development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech domains
- Strong data analysis and scenario planning skills
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, SEC climate rules)
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
